Family Vacation to St. Petersburg, FL

We just took a family vacation to St. Petersburg, Florida.  We stayed at the Coral Reef Resort, which was right on the beach and had an amazing pool.  During the week we ate seafood each night.  We visited restaurants called: "Crabby Bills", "Sloppy Pelican" "Marlin Darlin" and "Leverocks."  Rodney and I ate lobster bisque at each restaurant.  We also visited a boardwalk called John's Pass.  There we ate at Bubba Gump Shrimp Factory and walked up and down the pier.  We also went for Gelato several nights.  The beach was white sand and the ocean was nice.  The kids enjoyed digging for seashells.  We went out to Fort Desoto Park to see the old Fort and cannons.  We also visited The Florida Aquarium.  The Chattanooga Aquarium is much better than the Florida one.  Overall, it was one of the least stressful vacations we've taken. We slept in most days and just took our time not doing too much of nothing. Rodney did get to enjoy a MLB game at Tropicana Stadium.  It is home to the Tampa Bay Rays.  The kids got to feed and pet stingrays at the stadium.
